I love my job because I get to make every client that sits in my chair feel great about the experience. I continue my education to learn the latest techniques, trends and styles! ​

BYB Salon Madison Thomas’ extensive training and experience make her a leading provider in the beauty industry. She was featured in Allure Magazine as the “Best Haircut in Washington.” With 30 years in the industry, 17 of those years were spent at Gene Juarez as a Senior Designer. She was also a Core Group Instructor there for two years, utilizing a French cutting technique by Jack Dessange Paris. She received advanced training at Toni & Guy’s Advanced Training Center in Milan in haircuts and color, as well as advanced training in hair design for photo shoots in London. Madison is proud to use an ammonia-free color for beautiful, natural coverage of gray hair and passionate red hair color. She began her career in Aveda Concept Salon as an esthetician, which ignited her passion for skincare. Specializing in Bioelements Skin Care, acne treatments, age defying treatments, and Skin For Life. Madison is excited to feature the Moroccan and L’Oreal Professional Series and she aims to provide the best products for her clients.

Winner of the Moscow and Kyiv championships. Winner of national and international competitions. Member of the Ukrainian national hairdressing team ("Golden Rose" Paris, European Championship Athens). I studied at leading international schools: Dolores Academy (Moscow), Llongueras Academy (Barcelona), Vidal Sassoon Academy (London), Framesi Academy (Italy), La Biosthetique Academy (France). I work with the Keune color line to create customized, high-quality results tailored to each client. After attending the ABCH Conference Los Angeles, I continue to invest in my education and stay current with evolving trends to deliver fresh, beautiful hair every time. Beauty By Jasmine Specializes in Hair Color and Design I​nspired at a young age by the beauty and fashion industry, I strive to make my clients feel empowered and beautiful with all the current trends. I've worked in the beauty industry for 13 years and have proven to be a top performer at my previous salons. I'm passionate about educating myself with all the new techniques, trends and products. ​

Kat specializes in lashes whether it's a classic lash or a volume set.

​Wendy is a master nail designer with over 22 years in the industry. Her experience spans 17 years at Paule Attar, as well as two years at InSpa. She specializes in Gel Nails, Shellac, and Manicures and Pedicures. Additionally, she offers experience in waxing services. She loves working with clients and creating uniquely beautiful results.

Lilia has been with the beauty industry and has received many years of advanced education. After a long career with Gene Juarez she is excited to bring her many years of expertise to Plaza Salon. Her path in life is to make people happy and beautiful which she continues to do through her work.
